This Invitation to Bid will be to contract with a supplier to provide large diameter valves and similar materials for Charlotte Water’s Franklin Water Treatment Plant’s clearwell improvements project. Lead time on this material is estimated to be 12 months. These materials will be used in the construction of the project that is estimated to begin May 2023.
Transfer Line Materials
This ITB is to contract with one supplier to provide materials (pipe, fittings, valves, etc.) for a transfer line project for Charlotte Water’s Engineering division. Lead time on this material is estimated to be 6 – 12 months, and the project is estimated to begin Spring 2023. The materials is needed to install a sludge transfer line between Vest and Franklin Water Treatment Plants. All materials must be purchased from one supplier to manage lead times and other important project aspects.
