Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking a Company to provide passenger assistance services within the terminal. These services will include but are not limited to:
- APC Kiosk Assistance (Kiosk and Queue Agent): Be available at the kiosks to assist passengers with the use of kiosks and to answer any questions about the process.
- FIS Carousel Assistance (Bag Belt Clearing Agent): Clearing the bags from the carousel, staging and helping passengers find their bags
- Baggage Jam Runner: Respond to system baggage jam events and perform the necessary procedure(s) to resolve the event in a safe and expedient manner
