The Central Energy Plant is part of the Terminal Lobby Expansion Construction Management at Risk Project.
Provide construction services for a new central energy plant to be located on the first level. The central energy plant will be for the New Terminal Expansion, but will also include space for current and future infield development.
Construct a new Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC) on the south side of the airport. CRDC will provide additional receiving and distribution space to support the growing delivery operations for the airport, reducing the overall vendor traffic in the terminal.
Construction of a new 2-story, 33,000 sf passenger charter terminal to be operated by Wilson Air Center, the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) for General Aviation Aircraft.
Remove and replace the joint sealant in the concrete pavement in the following locations: Runway 18R-36L, Taxiway W (and associated taxiways), Taxiway N, Taxiway S, and Taxiway V (and associated taxiways).
This project scope includes rehabilitating the existing pavement concrete of two taxiways. Additional work related to the taxiway rehabilitation includes airfield lighting and signage replacement, grading, drainage, temporary sediment and erosion control measures, and pavement markings.
Expand and renovate the ticketing and baggage claim lobbies of the existing landside terminal approximately 80-feet by 800-feet
