The project area is bordered by Ashton Drive to the north, Sharon Road to the south and east, and Park Road to the west. The existing drainage system consists of open channel and closed concrete and metal pipe systems.

The project consists rehabilitation of approximately 4,784 feet of 8-inch and 8,320 feet of 54-inch sanitary sewer via cured in-place pipe lining (CIPP) including all preparatory work such as sewer cleaning and television inspection, rehabilitation of connecting manholes as specified, bypass pumping of wastewater flows, and complete restoration.
