Charlotte Water is seeking company(ies) to provide printing and mailing services for letters to remind/inform customers that their (1) backflow prevention devices are due to be retested and/or (2) account is past due. Letters are printed and mailed on a scheduled and as needed basis, as warranted.
Mailing and Postage Services
The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is seeking to enter a contract with a firm to provide mail house services for a variety of printed direct mail materials via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Direct mail projects include, but are not limited to, postcards, booklets, and flyers. Projects are completed on an “as-needed” basis and are often produced in relation to an upcoming community event, marketing campaign, or department initiative.
